I'm Harvey, a UX Designer skilled in User Interface and Product Analytics.
Previously, I was working as a UX Designer at BLISS Interactive Studio and a freelance designer, in the heart of Saigon. Curious by nature, I love solving complicated problems by running Design Sprints, facilitating cross-collaboration between diverse teams, and embracing user-testing.
I enjoy talking to and connecting with people, so I collaborate with others very easily. My take on product design is to ensure that the product is built with the end-users in mind. Close collaboration with the product manager, engineering team, and QA team is an essential part of ensuring the success of a product.
Design Thinking, Design Sprints, Human-centered Design; these are all big words and jargon used in the industry. What is important is to be able to translate those big ideas/frameworks into actionable steps and facilitate those processes on a (near) daily basis, and that is exactly what I do.

From research to testing the prototypes, I always aim to focus on a user-centric approach through iterative sprints. Working collaboratively allows me to discover the most suitable principles for each project, and I'm flexible enough to adapt the UX process when the project calls for it.
